Follow the journey
Enter your tracking number to see the latest location and status posted by our team. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Check your vehicle on arrival
Arrange for someone to receive the car. Check its condition with the driver and record any concerns on the delivery paperwork.
Before pickup
Remove valuables and personal belongings. Take clear photos of the vehicle, note any existing damage, and let us know if it does not run or has special loading requirements. Confirm the driver's access and handover instructions with our team.
While your vehicle is travelling
Your tracking page refreshes every 15 seconds and shows the most recent updates available. The map reflects locations posted for your shipment; it does not mean a new GPS reading is received every 15 seconds. If something needs clarification, contact us with your tracking number.
